The temperature needle on my 1973 Series 3 has been creeping towards the red zone after driving it for a while... As an emergency measure my local garage drilled three holes in the diaphragm of the thermostat which seems to have solved the problem thus proving a sticky thermostat was most likely...

My Fiance and I are shortly going to be starting a re-build of MY:) 1962 2a. We need to get a galvanised chassis and was wandering if the collective can suggest the best one to go for; Marslands, Richards or other??
