just finished doing my clutch.......for some silly reason my clutch bearing pushed through my clutch and fell into little bits inside the bell housing....lol

hi there sorry for the first response you had there seems to be a lot like that on here..
when I got my car I had 2 inches of water in the tool box hole..it was down to the door and window rubber not pushed on right. that's the first thing I would look for...also when you have got time take out...

hello all,
today I have changed my clutch on my 1.8 freelander....
almost done before it got to dark.......
got a couple of hours left to put things back on tomorrow....
but gearbox is back on and ird is back on. that's the main thing...

why cant you take the cap off the master cylinder,
what does it do if you do.
people keep saying on here don't take it off but no one explains why..........can any one help......thanks in advance :confused::confused::confused:

The 1.8 tows a caravan very well....
the part is from ebay so the master cylinder and the bracket is not a genuine part.....
and its all one unit......
