Have one now. Thanks all.

Thank you for the heads up. Don't think thats going to work for me.
Next try will be to take the passenger side wheel and wheel arch trim off and see if there is something there. Might have to add another hole to the sieve!
-
Will look, was hoping for passanger side.
Have eight cables to get through which adds up to 1/2 inch of hole needed. Or four each side as half are relay wires to switches next to the fuse box.

Is there an easy route to get cables from the foot well in the cab area to the engine bay? I really don't want to take the dashboard out.
Cars a Freelander 1 Facelift 3 dr.

Its stealthy.
One day I did this to my old Freelander, now that is stealthy:
This is the old one when first done:
However, it had to be retired after 10 or so years. The new one looks a whole lot smarter, cost a good bit more, but will be doing the same job. Night Vision has improved no...

Infra Red so I can drive the fields with night vision.

Nothing on my Freelander takes a day.
Last week finished and fitted the Lightbar.
Well that took surplus parts, respraying parts, digging through the spares box,and a long shopping list from ebay. Its fitted and wiring into the car. Next week hopefully have it wired in and finished.

See if it has a makers mark. Or recognise it off ebay, and work from there.

Wanted: LH Front Inner Door Glass Rubber Seal/Trim to fit Freelander 1 3 Door.
Plenty of right hand drivers side, but I need a left passenger side one.
The one on mine has blown/blistered from corrosion within, just looks tatty.
Needs to be in very good condition if not new.

Yep, Epson Green, which is LR's version of VW's Oak Green. I think its a great colour.
-
This Freelander dark green is close to VW's Oak Green. I also have a Golf MKII GTi 16v Big Bumper in Oak Green too.
Add some red and black its so very Gucci, or The Royal Green Jackets (The Rifles). Fashion or Military, take your pick.
What its not is LR Bronze Green. Now that is a...

Wanted: the Rear Cross Member thats on the Freelander 1 3dr roof rail set.
Of course this would ruin a full set so just asking if anyone has the cross member bit from a trashed set? The rear cross member bit.
Nice condition would be preferable to rough as heck, but beggars can't be choosers...

I think it is. I bought it a long time ago and it always gave me confidence driving off road as its so well built. Just sprayed it red to freshen it up and hide some of the history it had picked up.

More like the last three weeks:
Bought 2004 TD4 Facelift with low milage. Got home and on the drive back might have got a speeding ticket near Manchester :( 72 mph in restricted zone which I must have missed
Got home and the underbody rust was far worse that initial inspection. :mad...

I believe it is. Bought it a long time ago.
Now fitted to my 2004 3dr Facelift project. The red theme is being taken throughout; a bit of a classic look green with red flashings.
