Oh I really wanted to get her on the road again, but after looking into how much work was involved I just knew I wasn't the one to take on the project. I've seen some amazing transformations on this site, and I'd love to have done one too but it needed more time and money than I have right now...

I'm pleased to say we have now sold the LANDY to a lovey man who will be restoring her with his young son. She has gone back up north, and they have said they will send us pics of her new home, and the progress they are making. I can't wait for the updates.

It is, I've had a good look and there is quite a but of rust on the bulkhead and the wheels don't turn, however could still be an amazing project if you're up for the challenge.
Send me a pm if you're interested in coming to cheddar to see it.
oh, and thanks for the other info above...not sure...

Last on the road in 1998. Don't think it will run, as has been stood still for 14 years.
We're in cheddar if you're close, come and have a look.
Cheers.

Hi Clive.
I'll take some more pics when the weather improves, I know the ones on photobucket are a bit rubbish. If you can describe the bits you need me to photograph, I know the bulkhead is the footwell and steering area, but I don't know what a diff lock is...
Cheers.

The number plate would make sense as father in law was a Derby man. Brought the landy with him when he moved to Somerset.

Thank you for your honest comments here, really useful to have people who know their stuff to listen to rather than dodgy john from the pub!
Ideally mother in law would love it to go to an enthusiast who wants to restore her, ( with more knowledge than me.....I just had to look up what a...

We were hoping for somewhere in the region of £700-800. To be honest, we really don't know her true value which was why we were considering eBay.
