I wish, spare was a standard disco wheel and tyre when I bought the truck. Think I might do the snot stick, make that the spare and buy a replacement.

Thanks for the advice, will try and work out where to cut and then weld.

@v8250 just got my new system delivered and got underneath to start fitting. I removed the stupid stubby pipe that had been added from the first flange but it appears that the section from the first flange back to the turbo is different, any thoughts? Forgot to add that the flanges don’t mate...

Just got underneath and taken a few photos the best I could. It’s not a three bolt flange but a two. The system I ordered off eBay today looks to be a two bolt (phew). Couple of pics attached
