i have just had this problem, and had previously fitted 3 seals in an attempt to stop it, but in the end i fittd a shaft and a seal, no more leaks

get a mate to hold it for you as it's a bit of a **** to hold and bolt in at once

mine did this check the balljoints on the steering rods mine was the one from the box to the hub

as i understand it the td5 in a defender has less power than a disco

we used snap on solus on mine and that lets you store the settings

it's down to the individual mot testers interpretation of the regulations so just take it for test and if it fails youl still have 10 working days to fix it

haha had mine about 4 months and have spent around £500 in parts after the warrenty jobs were fixed and i still have a few jobs to sort so ul need reasonably deep pockets to keep one "mint"

as far as i know you have to open the valves with the scanner (we have the snapon solus) otherwise the abs light keeps coming on due to the shuttles sticking

nah, like a key fob but without the key, apparently landrover had an optional fob you can buy and have programmed to your disco so that you can raise/ lower the air suspension from outside the vehicle for making hitching up easier and i want one as i have to ferry some olds around occasionally...
