Having separated the ABS modulator from part of the system there will still be air in the ABS block I guess. When I rebuilt the rear of my TD4 I replaced both the rear brake lines in their entirety. Hello Rob Couple of things. Others may chime in. When refitting your wheel bearing remember to ensure that the ABS emitter ‘tone ring’ is fitted in facing the inside of the hub. The tone ring is grey(ish) in colour(in my experience) but maybe a different colour. Also your abs Sensor protrudes...
