    Folks, thank you all for the hints. Its a bit funny, that a car designed in a rainy country shows best performance in desert areas. Nevertheless will try to cure with the nice sealants you recommended.

    Hallo, found a 35 pages manual "Defender Water Ingress, Service Rectification Processes". Seems to be not unusual to have water penetrating. Repair advice mentions Clear Sealant, DumDumStrips, DumDum. Does somebody know details about that stuff and where to get. I am riding the TD5 in Germany...

    DEFENDER 90kw built 2003: want to clean the air conditioning systems, air channels and replace the filter - does somebody now how to tackle that ?:confused:
