I need a cheap engine and a reliable one for my Betsy. If not a transit then what else would fit my series??? I don't know anything about this all I know is I need one : )

Yeah I wouldn't expect to go really fast. Nothing beats crusing in your landy. I wanted to do the London to Brighton run, but I'm worried my engine won't make it, and going around 48mph is gona take a while lol

I want to do this to mine, my series 3 goes around 48mph, and really revs. I need a new engine but I'm not sure what engine would be best??, I wanted a 90 engine or a transit. But I don't know much about conversions. Any help??

Cheers guys. They do work. I have to put a hot air gun in the air intake to start it every morning. Is a glow plug conversion something to think about??

Iv had that tried, they work. Any other ideas? A higher voltage glow plug maybe??

Iv got a series 3, 2.3 diseal and I'm having problems starting it. Iv got champion 1.7v glow plugs but they are not doing the job. Any ideas please??
