I didn't like the power slave and green spring combo for this reason. Kept the power slave and fitted a black spring and the clutch is light and progressive.

This may have turned into a build thread.
I found a cheap heater to recondition for 30 quid, so thought I would investgate this properly.
After stipping it down, I think the best approach will be siting the evaporator in an airbox with a bulge/extension section where the air is either...

I've used a compact powerlite item on a different vehicle, due to space constraints. 3 years later I have no complaints.
Quite a few aftermarket units seem to be based on OEM cores, just with different mounting plate arrangements to ensure compatibility with whatever they are being bolted too.

Good suggesting about Ministry of Defender. Nice to see something well considered and engineered. Think whichever path I take there will be a need for some assitance for components and final commissioning.

Change the bush in the end of the crank, drop the gearbox and trasfer box out the way to save a load of swearing and inaccessability, Fit HD clutch fork.

Top project. I fear the next defender related move I make will involve 6 cylinders.

Should do with a pump tweak.

I would fit the 6 pot, tonnes of power and a lovely sound.
