hi i posted awhile back with a similar problem (only drivers side was dropping on my td5) i couldnt find a leak at the time and it only went down after putting heavy loads in (and was hit and miss weither it would go back up with the load in) without any load it would go up and stay up...

cheers for the replies :) im guessing on it being the height sensor tbh as it dont allways go down. if it was a leak as such wouldnt that cause it to go down when stood ?? its been up for days now (seems to only drop when weights put in).

can be both m8 it first did it while moving after restarting with all doors shut it went back up. after loading the back with some concrete blocks i needed the suspension went down and wouldnt go back up :( after about 2hrs i tried to raise it again and it did. today i was driving it and...

hi iv got a problem with the rear suspension on my disco 2 td5 it goes down on the drivers side whenever it feels like it :( even more so if i put any weight in nthe back :( anyone any ideas whats causing this please??

sorry forget to say i wasnt meaning your chip lol i have heard storries that the fearn chip needs replacing for mot.... but that could be just other ppl telling porkies :)

i can u tell me 1 thing, does your car pass the mot with the upgrade chip or do u have to have the chip changed back to original for the emisions test?

would just like to say iv just had my 2000 discovery (millenium edition) (td5) chip by bellautos :) left it for few hrs went back and it was done :) now drives brill very responsive than b4 touch acelerater and its away :) great work :)
