Morning all, does anyone know of any independent garages who have the right diagnostic box to do an abs check on my 97 P38. I live in Princetown so i know i might have to travel, just need someone who i can trust and knows what they are doing. Thanks Mike

Morning all, a bit of help needed. Just had the abs light come on, recently changed the clutch master and slave and since then light stayed on. Put on diagnostic box at local garage and they came up with 3 faults, not sure if the codes are right as it wasn't a l/r diagnostic box. codes 1-3...

Any clutch would be good :)

Yep you hit the nail on the head, pedal to the floor and i got underneath and slave piston best part out. Also lots of travel on the clutch arm but i was able to drive home with old school clutchless gear changes :) Mike

Afternoon all, I think the clutch fork roll pins are u/s on my p38, can anyone suggest/advise of a good mechanic in the west Devon area ( Princetown) to do the job for me. i dont have the facilities to carry out the work my self, any suggestions gratefully received. Regards Mike

Today I mostly broke down on Dartmoor, clutch pedal to the floor :( had to drive home with no clutch but hey it all adds to the rich tapestry of life.

Thanks for the welcome, might need a snorkel if all this bloody rain don't stop. But at least she will be used as she was meant to be, getting dirty and wet :)

Just a quickie to introduce myself. My names Mike, i live on Dartmoor(near the prison) and i am happy to say have just bought a 97 P38. The weather we have had so far this year i think she is gonna get used to her full capacity and maybe a bit of laning? Mike
