the loom under the rocker cover does suck up the oil and brakes down the loom its not just the o rings that cuase the problem its the injector harness aswell

just remember if you do get a puncture dont drive it with that spare it will wind up the transmition

is your spare tyre been made up to a 31inch or is it still standard 255 55 18 wich is 29 inch

broken spring maybe 2 inch is a big drop and should be fairlly noticable when lookin underneeth.

if replacing belt go for contitech wich is the oem belt
best check your front propshaft while your at it for clunking

has it sucked the air filter through to the maf
you replaced pump why was it all covered in soot
have a look at your airbleed valve on the fuel filter head firs pipe on left

yes they can be hard to start after seal replacment keep your foot to the floor when turning over also

recon those fualt codes are old ones when there was oil in the red plug
have you checked the airbleed valve on the filter head first pipe on left
injector seals have they been replaced reciently
pull the fuel pump out if its coated in black soot injector seals and bleed valve will need done

have you tryed the auto purge key in position 2 pump accelorater pedal 5/6 times up n down this sets of the mil lamp and lasts around 3 minutes repeate this 10 times if necisary

this is the way forward i would also be looking at the airbleed valve on the fuel filter head first pipe on left as it gets overlooked and if blown injector seals will be full of soot

minifold raw preasure at 3k revs should be higher closer to 200 kph maxing out at 230 ish at4k

it might read the ecm but thats probably all it will do on a td5 hawkeye or nanocom only tbh

mine is the same as yours aslong as your hill decent still works ok in low box u got nothing to worie about

did they have a look at the air bleed valve .
the coper injector washer wont fill sump with oil but will send the fuel back to tank full of air bubbles and soot the soot then chokes the bleed valve .
do you keep your tank full or under half mostly
