Thanks guys. Security wise still on the super loud standard alarm and I have a removable steering wheel with a clutch pedal lock too. Underside required the first bit of welding it has had, since had to under seal it. Will be looking at a chasis swap to galv in the future for peace of mind...

Thought I would bite the bullet and join after using this site for the wealth of info over the past year. Currently have a N Reg 300tdi defender 110 CSW with 210k on the clock. Also I have the most annoying wiper park problem! 2 wiper park switches later and still no park...! Possible relay...
