It is a very good idea, but Brexit forced us to seek other solutions due to import taxes, so we are developing some stuff here in Portugal.

Me and some friends are trying to develop affordable solutions to maintain the Freelander here in Portugal, specially the L Series. It turns out it is a really great AWD SUV.

The Android Head Unit is not state of the art, but does its purpose, got it from Aliexpress, I just did not sync it with my phone, it didn't kill the other sound during phone calls, but it works well, I run Waze satnav, listen to spotify, its allright.

Ok. Thanks. I now have a spare original Freelander pilot injector and I am going to swap the nozzle from the Rover 45, hope it works... However, in lack of Rover injectors, are there any other ones that are compatible? Like VW group? The ones of the 1.9 TDI 110 PS or from the Audi Allroad 2.5...

Hello all I have a 2000 L Series Freelander and I am thinking of building my own VP37 fuel injection pump. basicly I'm going to use the hippo original pump and fit the 11mm head from a Rover 220 SDI, does anyone have a good feedback on this mod? Thanks in advance.
