Hi final removed all the galvanised capping off my series 2a swb ( god there are a lot of rivets !) which I am in the process of stripping down before a full rebuild . Does anyone know where I can get small quantity re galvanising carried out ? Cheers

Just looked on line and , as always , there is a classic “ jacks “ website ! Loads of Shelly jacks appears the. 1950 jack was used in landys till 74 .. cant see obvious fixings for the jack handle behind the seats but then I am not sure the bulkhead , or anything yet for that matter , is...

Hi I have recently inherited a 1970 series 2a swb Land Rover , in the back , with various rotting objects was an old Shelly bottle jack LJ 25 ( 0 or C ) BH 4 ..would anyone be know if this was original? And if it was provided with the Land Rover when new , where was it stored ? Many thanks Matt
