have you clicked one of the browse buttons to select your picture from the correct location on your pc/laptop? you must do that before "submitting"

Can someone tell me how to delete an ad I've placed (actually 3 ads, that I created by mistake, as I didn't realise the first one had taken)!! Also, how can I edit an Ad?? Thanks Sorted now...........
