Hi, I'm not really sure where this is getting me. I'm guessing hgf means head gasket failure, but can you explain why the 2.5v6 is prone to this? Also, why are one of you saying you are being biased? Have you had a hgf on a 2.5v6 that has been LPG'ed?

Hi, we're looking at getting a '54 plate 2.5 V6 HSE and converting to LPG. I've already read a lot about the concerns over LPG and th 1.8 engine, but what about the 2.5? Also, are there any other concerns that I should know about? The car has done 38,000 miles and has a full Land Rover service...
