On another note, it ran spot on up until yesterday where I replaced the leak off pipes and the nylon fuel pipes from lift pump to filter, filter to lift pump. I should have stuck to if it ain’t broke don’t fix it 🥲

I’ll give that a go next time I’m on it I’ve noticed that the lift pumps seem to get worse and then occasionally you get a good one which is why I’m just going to bypass it next time. PTFE tape on the threads is a good idea I shall be doing...

Yeah, though the injection pump is within warranty, its still a right hassle. if i whip the injection pump pipe off and take the solenoid wire off, then give it a crank, not a lot of fuel reaches it :rolleyes:

Looking to replace all the nylon fuel lines on my 200. does anyone know what internal diameter hose I need? going to do leak off pipes on injectors, lift pump pipes fuel filter pipes and any others I've missed? TIA.

I gave it a start today after some tweaks (no joy) and that area had a slight hiss like it wasn't sealed correctly. that will be my next job, which I am absolutely not looking forward to

yeah thats the point im getting to, im running out of ideas that isn't the injection pump. Funnily enough when i loosen that bleed screw ever so slightly to the point it dribbles out air/diesel. Runs sweet as it ever has. Not exactly...

Haven’t actually seen it leak out though, no visible patch on the floor, it just looks like it has been leaking at some point, could have even been a dried up patch from when I was fault finding before. Didn’t write that quite well in the post...
