Changing the injection harness, which took approximately 1hr has fixed the problem. It is quite a simple operation to do! Thanks to all those who commented!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanx! Can you confirm if I have to replace the section of the loom with the red plug that connects to the ecu or just the harness under the rocker cover? Many thanx for your helps so far!!!!!!!!!!

Ok! I've opened the top of the ECU and there is just a tiny bit or smit of oil but definitely evidence of oil, it looks insignificant!!! However its not possible to see what's going on under the green wiring board. Do you think this is evidence of the harness being defective?There is no evidence...

I have checked the red connector at the ECU and cleaned the oil by tissues and an air line! Drove the Disco for 15 miles and the problem started again! Re-looked at the red connector at ECU again very little oil evident. Your opinion would be welcome!

I have the same problem in which my td5 2003 model starts to judder after driven for 15 to 20 minutes or for 10 to 20 miles. Can anyone suggest how this can be resolved?
