I'll be honest if you would cover the cost of the bumper refurb (which if I remember wasn't much) and the cost of delivery of everything you can have the lot for that. The winch does need a refurb but I think it's something simple a quick recon should be fine as it was regularly maintained under...

Right now I have a superwinch husky and a winch bumper to fit it which has just been shot blasted, galvanized and powder coated satin black as it was to be used with a new winch I bought but unfortunately did not fit. If your interested you could make me an offer though I am in Carrickfergus!

Having all new poly bushes fitted myself as I had exactly the same problem myself :/
looking forward to not hearing that thump every time I try to move off from stationary believe me it gets worse over time!
