If you want a professional job I'd recommend Royal Steering Wheels in Aylesbury. Had a Saab 9-5 steering wheel done by them and was amazing finish. Bit of a trek but could post as an option. Or I pass by that way often and could LRFerry for you.

You have others why not measure them? Try a motorcycle panel rubber thingy, or many other car makers they all seem to use them. They sure as hell dont make them in house so most peeps will use the same...

Well it doesn't break the bank. I've read it would be better to replace both front latches. I'm glad there is an alternative to the original land rover ones that are quite expensive. If somebody can point me in the right direction for a lhd MG...

If I remember correctly, NRV-1 is the one facing opposite the other two. The brass end is towards the tank, so the air pressure closes the NRV.

You should have can bus errors relating to the clocks in the cars memory to do with coms. Classic solder points or chip failure. The discos suffer from this also. Resulting in none start and hazards flashing😬

Can bus error is when communication between the steering sensor and it's counter part aren't talking or haven't in the past. Is code active /sporadic or history? Check on live data while turning the wheel and check the sensors readings in...
