Blue print ref numbers. ADJ138048 are the bushes, ADJ138049 are the rear most bushes that fit to the chassis.

Sounds like the system is airlocked. It looks like there is a mod to use the aircon fans or an additional electric fan for cooling. The first photo shows what looks like an adjustable thermostat.

Your battery will last a lot longer due to getting a full charge, assuming it's not already toast from the poor state of charge, fingers crossed.

Just fitted new Mobiletron regulator to alternator. Straight away went to 14.45v charging so thats a big difference than 12.6v. Hopefully problems solved.

Either à torque wrench or a nice big long bar! The center bolt also puts tension on the oil pump behind the pulley so it's got to be or you can trunk the risk of the oil pump not doing it's job😬 I didn't realize it's a petrol... Even still, tight...

Sounds like the new viscous clutch is either the wrong part or is defective, normally the clutch comes as part of the fan. See if a tightly rolled newspaper thrust into the fan blades when the engine is hot stops the fan. You could always do my...
