I've owned an LR90 2 & 1/4 petrol SW with my brother-in-law for six years. We've been after an new Defender 90 SW with a 300tdi for seven of eight month. We have just bought a very smart 90 CSW 300tdi "R" reg. Being newer, smarter, and a lot less rusty underneath, it's worth the time an money to fit good off-road tyres, a winch, and possibly air-lockers if the tyres aren't totaly magic!
