Thanks for that, but is this something I could possibly repair myself or is it a specialist job?.....Dirty connection?....Is it something only a Land Rover specialist could do or would an ordinary garage be able to handle it? Thanks again Martin

Hi all, our Discovery TDi cuts out suddenly when driving. I understand (wifey drives it) that all the dash lights come on and the starter motor doesn't turn when trying to restart. She waits a couple of minutes then it starts, then seems to be OK for a couple of days. Any clues please? Thanks...
