We tried to make one as shown by some person on YT, but found it to be too much hassle and you can simply get a rough measurement of the alignment with a caliper, one measurement on the upper and one on the lower side of the axle. Identical measurements and it's likely that it's okay.

I don't think it showed anything else. That's odd, mine acts the same with the sensor connected or disconnected. Is your EGR blanked?

I double checked in the rave, it's simply the EGR throttle position sensor.

That's what I thought as well, and I've been told the little thing is only for the EGR. Mine is disconnected and runs fine. Throttle is via cable.
