    Absolutely no idea! Just thinking out loud that the car switches on X function and expects to see Y power draw, then when it sees excessive power draw I can see a potential issue.

    You may find the new reverse lights draw to much power from the rev light circuit and the bcm might shut them down, if that is the case you will need some relays, fitting lower power bulbs in place of the rev light bulbs currently fitted might reduce the draw on the circuit.

    If its for tow bar use take a look behind nearside cluster in the boot, think the plug is already in there. If not 5 minutes with a test light will tell you all you need to know.

    Bag everything small and label the bags, nightmare at work trying to find fasteners/small brkts etc as not bagged/labelled up.

    K seal is the kiddy, radweld and barleaks are pretty crap.

    Measure from fixed point on axle to the same on the chassis, compare readings for an idea where to start.

    I drilled and helicoiled the studs on mine years ago, not a bad job just awkward access. Dewebbed mine and drilled all the holes bar two slightly oversize, plus used nuts with built in washers that would allow it to shuffle around a bit in use. Still on the road, last time I looked was at 178k.

    The two litre diesel had them holes and they are tell tale holes for the liner seals, not sure if the 2.25 are the same?

    Surely all the d2 on original chassis must all be nearly fecked by now? Still see the odd one about, but rarely, d1 none existent and d3 getting thin on the ground around here.
