Cut the fecker off, had the same trouble with mine although I was fitting a new box so in the end I just left it on and bought a newun with the box ;) Saying that the bolt itself should come off fairly easily. got mine undone with a normal half-inch breaker bar.

Im starting to think it might be the pump as i have tried all the normal methods of bleeding and have even taken it for a short drive but still no improvement :( Im guessing a loose belt wont help things? the adjustment is on the stops and the belt is still a bit slack.

The 7JJx 16 bit is the rim size, so yes they are 16"x7". The width always has a J and the diamiter either befor or after it. Dont ask me what the J stands for though because I havent the foggiest :D

Well I finally got it home today and Im amazed to say that its had power steering fitted! bonus! I also gave it a wash for what looked like the first time in a year and unfortunately alot of green paint ended up on my driveway and you can see the red and brown which I think gives it...
