It's on top of the IRD, get at it from under the car, it should have a short piece of rubber pipe on it, the metal pipe slots into it. See pic in post #10 on this thread for location. https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/ird-filler-level-bolt-rounded-cant-undo.231773/

I think thats to enable the aux input on the mode menu if you have no or remove the cd changer and install a jack connector for phone/mp3 music player.

The off the shelf ones don't use rivnuts but metal plates with nuts welded to them that are slid into the outriggers through the larger holes.

I think the 135bhp was only a remap anyway, it was also offered by dealerships under the X Power name as an upgrade.

2006MY has a maximum trailer weight of 2000 kg, a gvw of 2505 kg, but the maximum train weight remains at 4080 kg.

The one fitted to the Freelander I saw a picture of was like Discovery one that runs along the wing, hooking it up to the air inlet with some flexi pipe.

There's a bit of flexi exhaust pipe that links to the EGR that you also fit to the bypass, has it sealed correctly, also it's not unknown for this pipe to split/break when messing with it to fit the bypass.

You have to get under the car to check the IRD oil level anyway so may as well drop the undertray.
