Yea the starter motor tries to turn it over. But it's like it's locked up. Water on top of Pistons if that possible?

Bit of an update. I've just looked again at what is coming from the exhaust. And I'm 90% sure it's actually water. Very black sooty water. Any ideas gents?

Hi mate, apologies. Poorly worded. Free to spin with no abnormalities. No axial play. In other words, I don't see a turbo issue as of yet. Although I have not investigated the exhaust side yet just the intake. Thanks for the reply
