Hi everyone, i have just received an e-mail from TFL confirming that they have now completed their review of the Defender 90 CSW clasification, which states that they 'are Not subject to the LEZ restrictions'. Good news, so happy driving all.

I have a 1998 Defender 90 CSW, and have received the LEZ notification letter. I have queried this today with TFL, and they have advised that the vehicle is currenly being reviewed by them following thousands of queries. However, they have stated to me that it is the vehicle not the DVLA class...
