Hi I’d like to fit a 7 pin plug but the previous owner has cut the plug and crimped the previous trailer harness. (The old 7 pin plug is no longer fitted) could someone supply a diagram to crimp a new plug to the vehicle

hi i know the post is old just after an update how things went. i have a nasty rattle on my td5 and ive found part of the tensioner in the sump so i assume its that making the noise. what steps did you take to remove the front cover? head off?

Most things are fixed with a update these days and I haven’t started it cause my drive isn’t the ideal place for a rebuild
