The egr has been blanked off and it has a new maf sensor running out if ideas now

Ok i changed the harness yesterday took about half an hour to do and hasn't fixed it still smoking and misfiring so I'm going to replace the inlet manifold seals today as I am now convinced this problem is down to an air leake somewhere.

Just like to say I had exactly the same problem and to date I've had the head totally rebuilt, 4 new injectors, new maf sensor, new cat, recon turbo and no fault codes coming up and the thing still smokes and miss fires at around 2000rpm my mechanic has had it for 7 weeks now and can't find the...

Just cheaked and yes that is right part numbers

Hi not sure about the numbers but it's the fuel rail pressure sensor harness repair loom I haven't fitted it yet hoping to do it some time next week

There must be loads of wires going into the ecu some sort of wiring diagram would be much better than just trying to match up colours and the 3 wires on the new harness have 2 colours on each wire

Hi thanks for the reply but I have not removed the old ones yet as I don't know which ones to remove i was hoping the new harness would have come with some fitting instructions but didn't

I've just bought a fuel rail pressure sensor wiring harness does anyone have a diagram of where the 3 wires go in the ecu? It's a td4 2004

Sounds exactly what I have just gone through exactly the same symptoms thought at first it was injectors which after having them all pulled and checked they were fine had a few sensors changed turned out to be stem seals and a very badly carbonded up head which has ment a total top half rebuild...

Does anyone know if freelander 2 seats will fit in a 54 plate 3 door freelander ☺

It's got the bmw uprated crank case filter in fitted it a few weeks ago

Just one other thing not sure if this is normal or not if I have the engine running and take of the oil cap there seems to be a lot of pressure there could that be a sign of a blocked breather pipe or something? ??
