Managed to find a picture , ur see as the cable slits into the actuator and the door handle in the bracket ur see very small slots , thats where u can put some cable ties to hold the cable in place , marked on the pic with an arrow

The cable is attached to the door handle itself for when u exit the vehicle so if that’s ok it should be fine unless of course u wish to replace them at the same...
