    Wait really only because I thought they might of been stretch bolts so would’ve thought if they were they would’ve needed to be replaced ?

    Hi there just out of curiosity, the bolts for the m62tub44 conrods and crank bearing caps do they actually need to be replaced as cant really find anywhere that says they should but neither have I found somewhere where it says they shouldn't, just curious to if anyone knows ?

    Hi there, so I'm doing a full rebuild of my m62 4.4 v8 and when looking up torque specs for the main bearing bolts it says they have to be replaced (guessing its because they are stretch bolts??) anyways, do I actually need to replace them because I cant really seem to find any ? Thanks, Sam :)

    Hi all, currently rebuilding my front unit on my 4.4 v8 l322, just having a problem with the vannos solenoid seals would anybody be able to help me.     Will be a comfort for offroad and on road, also did the auto because my dad used to have a 4.6 auto P38 and could go places the others couldn't, and had tried offroading manuals but as him and his mates all agreed nothing would do a well as the auto.

    Thanks, I enjoy doing welding and grinding, find it a bit relaxing, it hasn’t been the easiest due to the sheet metal only being 1mm thick aswell as the huge amounts of rust but got there slowly.
