it’s very strange as it only ever does it when I’m hard on the throttle it’s Asif it can’t decide what gear to be in sort of like it changes 3 times then brings m+s on. I’ve just done another stall test it revs to 3000rpm.
just checked nanocom p1884 and p0721 again would p1884 relate to...

Yes I’ve driven an auto one before but it was a 300tdi it just seems to be revving too much when in gears when I kick down it seems to struggle which gear to find then m+s flashes that’s when I get the code as soon as I clear it it’s okay until I do it again. I think it’s been remapped as boost...

Okay where is the pump to converter located? Is it easy to find? It changes into every gear fine including lock up. I will try another stall test later.
EDIT: there are 2 wires with spade connectors underneath near the gearbox one black wire and one green and black near the linkage for XYZ...

Hi I’ve just got back into the landrover scene I have a discovery td5 and the gearbox seems to be doing some strange shifting, I’ve had nanocom on it and it’s coming up with code P0721 only every now and then it’ll go into limp mode too with M S lights on it also seems to be revving a fair bit...

Hi thanks for your reply. So far I’ve checked the inertia switch and fuse 13 both seem ok. Still no fuel pump could it be the crank sensor? On my friends snap on diagnostic computer which is up to date solus legend there are no faults stored. Which is very strange I’ve tried cleaning the crank...

Hi everyone I’ve got a td5 discovery it currently won’t start but will turn over, I’ve noticed there’s no glow plug light or engine light on dash when ignition is turned on also have m+s lights flashing and temp light is on. It’s not immobilised as I’ve tried eka code. I’ve noticed there’s 0rpm...

Yes turns over wont fire though I am buying a new engine wiring loom as mine caught fire think it must’ve been shorting out hopefully that’ll sort it.

I went through some water last week and it cut out in the middle, came up to the bottom of the engine bay.
Have replaced ECU, BCU, Autobox ECU and both fuse boxes and still won’t start. Plugged it in and the immobiliser isn’t kicking in so not that, I have the key fob from the vehicle I got the...
