Plasticoat / plastidip yellow flexible rubber paint is what I used. Took 3 coats but remained flexible and gave a nice finish.

I use Millers EP90 GL4 in my transfer box / Roamerdrive.

I fitted a Roamerdrive to my S3. Instructions are good. Trust me, if I can fit one anyone can .
Probably took me 4 hours including tea breaks.
Really pleased with it - transforms the vehicle’s drivability (2.25d)

I run the Michelin ZXL 7.50 /16 on defender rims (running tubeless). I run 33 PSI all round.
Modern tyres are much more grippy and radials squish quite a bit - especially fronts with engine weight so I find the steering a bit more responsive running harder pressures. Hopefully kinder to the...

Well, we agreed to renew with @Adrian Flux again as the renewal price was fair. As usual we email off the agreed value and photos to the renewal email address and.....nothing, no reply. So a week later I send another email asking if there is an update....no reply again.
We had exactly the same...

Hard to tell without photos or video. They are all smokey to some extent on first start up, especially when the ambient temp drops this time of year. I was quite concerned about mine for the first year or two of ownership but I was assured that it was normal for the technology of it’s time. The...

I rebuilt my hubs with new seals and chalices. I used a 50/50 mixture of swivel grease and EP90.
Over the past 7 years I have hardly had to add any oil but when I do I only add EP90. To be fair, I don't cover many miles though.
Worth bearing in mind that although some of the swivel kits come...

You should be fine with Delphi or TRW. Just personal preference but I've found Delphi to last a little longer than TRW. For clutch master cylinder you can by genuine green and white box LandRover. They are actually made by TRW but I was assured by a reliable source that the Land Rover Branded...

The new SWB Land Rover looks more spacious than I imagined. The boot space looks quite useful for domestic use.

The corrosion doesn’t look that bad to me- some bed wetting going on in here :)
I replaced all mine and it was one of the more straight forward jobs. Compressing the bushes is fairly straight forward by just using a G clamp or valve spring compressor. I also gave the bushes a coating of red...

Don’t you need that assembly though to create vacuum for the brake servo? You sure it wasn’t the FIP that needed adjustment instead?

I've just gone through my file of bills / receipts for the Land Rover but I can't find that particular one unfortunately.
It was about 6-7 years ago though now.
I seem to remember that the glass thickness was 4mm and the metal part 1mm. I'think' it might have been their product code WR62...

I did my alpine seals when I had the hart top fitted with seals from seals direct (Google seals direct) They offer various seals - the important aspect (side from groove width of the glass) is to choose one which can bend around the tight radius.
