I will post some pictures when i can get some. Its mainly drivers footwell, both door pillars, and top of bulkhead around windscreen bolts/clamps.

Thanks mate, im just two minds about what to do, its weigh between getting the cost effectiveness and satisfaction of repairing it and the quickness of replacing it.

My defender 90 has two rotten doors which i am now going to repair instead of replacing. The bulkhead is also rotten in a few places, more so on the drivers side but also on the passenger side, footwells and around door hinge areas etc, ( i haven’t striped stuff down to see exactly how bad it is...

Ive got a raised air intake kit for defender 90 (19j engine), does the existing underbonet air box and pipe/hose work remain in place? And whats the best thing to do with the oil breather ?

Hi all my alrernator on my my 19j is its last legs, want to upgrade it anyway, will a alternator from 200 tdi fit ? Have seen a few posts that say it will, but thought i would ask directly. Thanks in advance
