The point is that the market is changing...how many mums pick up kids in 4x4s. Landrovers appeal to the masses not just farmers & true off roaders. If I want a 4x4 I want that Iconic shape of a defender not Q7/X5/Discovery/RangeRovers's

Tis true the shape is a classic ..up there with the mini & beatle. years ago I remember on overfinch 90 with more power & better tyres though cant trace the article of how it was modified.

With every successive model landrover have made they have made them more comfortable & more road oriented. When the new defender comes it will appeal more to those that stay on the road than off. I have found this anyway ....Nene can add further sound proofing, rubber matting in the rear...

No I am 43...did think it might get that response...but though I might take the risk. No bling ...just normal defender looks.....but with the comfort of a discovery/range rover.
