Totally agree with Boomers wise words. This needs proper project management. It looks like a runaway train at the moment, with people, with all good intentions going off in all directions with no common guidance. There are also potential participants who are putting their hands in their pockets...

Does there need to be an age amnesty in order to determine who is actually what age, and therefore able to determine who is knock-in' on the pearly/firey gates and therefore old and who is deemed to be a spring chicken :lol:
