    Ok thanks I will try changing it will that bring the dash glow plug light on as it dose not light up when the ignition is on before cranking ?

    Hi this is my first time I have a 55 reg td4 auto with no glow plug light coming on and rough idle until warm smoking etc. Runs ace and starts first time any clues?
