Hi folks, Well I'm the landy owning friend & I can report that it looks an honest stock work truck with no major issues as far as I can tell (it was in a locked yard when I saw it so no chance to test it on the road). It's been used, so as you'd expect it's got a few scratches and some dings...

Right folks, thats me just been speaking to her there & shes just about had it with no shows or folks just wanting the car for the engine or gearbox n only looking to pay a couple of hundred quid... Shes made the decision that unless someone comes up with a better offer than the £500 shes...

Cant argue with that, if I was looking to keep it myself long term that'd be my prefered option too (its why I'm saving for a galv chassis for the defender) but while its pretty rusty in places its still solid enough to patch up for a fair while imo

Its on a friends bit of land just outside Dundee - taking up one of their parking spaces & gradually p#ssing them off... :D

Its still pretty far off that stage yet tho imo - if its left for much longer without any work it will be, but at the moment its still a fairly solid project for someone with a welder & enough space to patch it up
