Well I set the waste gate to 13 threads showing and boost hits just under 20psi anymore adjustment and it surges. feels better than ever now :)

Hopefully I shouldn't have to many problems as long as the overboost box hasn't done damage, the previous owner already replaced the seals , injector loom, Maf with in the past year. Thanks fella I might see you about but there no end of td5's in this area, didn't realise how popular they are...

I removed the boost box this morning and she is a lot smoother and revs so much better, need to adjust wastegate as that is on 16 threads at min but will sort that after work

If anyone with a untouched td5 could count the threads on the wastage arm so I can at least stick it back to where it should be.
