Hi all just wondered does anyone know what the boost pressure should be on a td4 i have had a meter on it it's about 0.9 -1bar dont know if this is enough also is it poss to adjust on these cant seem to see a wastegate but could be going blind ha! ha! :D :D

To be honest mine went on test book as a freebie to me and it came up with fault on boost pressure sensor changed it runs perfect now no smoke turbo kicks in as should perfect just thinking about getting one of them magic boxes off of roverron what do you think about them are they as good as he...

mine also went on the 90degree part from airbox to egr valve also been told a faulty boost pressure sensor can cause same problem only £14 from landrover so maybe worth a try hope this helps:rolleyes:

Hi all i got a kit from halfords about a month ago mine was totally empty the kit come with its on pressure guage cost me £39.99 after a month still same pressure about 30psi and lovely and cold!! need it in this weather:)

Hi all noticed a problem when turbo comes in about 2500 rpm there is a loud hissing noise either loseing air or sucking air in ? i know prob split pipe but any idea which one and if it is a common fault as turbo does'nt kick in when stood prob hard to determine which pipe to look at any help...

cheers ron but where is the sensor also i have had a look at your tuning boxes thinking of getting the all in one is this better than buying both separate

poss could be turbo boost pressure sensor had mine replaced for a different problem but guy at land rover asked if i had a lot of black smoke hope this helps!! p.s how good is the tuning box really thinking of getting one are the worth the cash?

thanks for that but cranking fine plus injectors been tested they are ok to what i have been told anyway
