I know but it's quite easy to remove the electric pump from the sender unit housing, 2 spade connections and 1 pipe clip, can you not then just purchase the electric pump by itself?
Can you buy the small electric pump that fits in the housing that sits in the fuel tank on a TD4 seperately or do you have to buy the complete housing.
Won't start at all, cracked fuel line at injector this morning no sign of diesil, got diesil at outlet of fuel filter but not at injectors. My thinking is fuel high pressure pump or pressure regulator, but don't know how to check either. Any ideas?
Changed secondary fuel pump at wheel arch, started straight away, drove 3 miles parked up. Now won't start, disconnected pipe from outlet on fuel filter, diesil hossing out. No warnings lights, changed fuel relay still no go! any ideas?
