Thanks for the input I Googled 4203 and it looks the same rocker cover, otherwise was the previous owner who said bedford 2.2. so what's the verdict on them are they any good or is it worth swapping out?

The previous owner seems to think it was a bedford . I've recently purchased this as a restoration project. the logbook states it's a 2.2 diesel. any help would be appreciated . thanks
