Hi Harry I bought a Disco 2 in Feb this year and am having this problem too ie need to change region setting and no sound. How did you get on fixing your problem - can you help me?

I just got my disc home at the weekend and have discovered the dvd player doesn't work. It says invalid media then spits the disc out. I notice lots of people mention this and a common fix seems to be to sort out the region setting. But....... I don't know how to do this. I attach a picture...
