Haven’t noticed it in 4th. Usually around 50-60 mph. But only when towing caravan never solo.

Update. I have ruled out the compressor for rear suspension. Having towed caravan for about 15miles the noise started again and it’s definitely from gearbox area. I have posted 2 videos on YouTube if anyone can have a listen and any advise...
