    O ring can not be renewed with shaft in place.

    Thanks Tot, I’ll have a gander. Had the steering overhauled last year so hoping it’s just an O-ring. If that’s the case, can I just replace and refill with oil/one shot?

    Check if it has a Ballast Resistor. Original 2A if Diesel would have had one, the TDi would not. The Ballast Resistor would reduce the voltage to plugs if still wired that way. It seems strange that most circuits have an excess of fuses and...
