Finally they agreed the box was faulty and gave me a replacement, got round to fitting it tonight. Now works great, ready for the mot Thursday. Fingers crossed....

Yeah bleed our is simple, easier than the brakes but when it didn't work I doubted myself! I got it fran LR parts as I thought a refurb would have be either fully refurb, ie shafts as well as seals, but at least fully tested. New box was £500 more so went for refurb. I'll ring them tomorrow. Cheers
